Item Comments Planned

As we reviewed items, we had comments about them. There was no place in the system to store comments. Comments are stored as individual records with a user and time stamp, versus a Note field which is a single field that is updated as needed.

• User will be able to view a list of comments in the item details pane of the Item Management screen
• User will be able to add a new comment
• Comments will be stored as unformatted open text
• Each time a comment is added, the user and date-time will be stored
• Adding, editing and deleting a comment is stored in the item history
