This feature allows users to set a prerequisite for store exams, ensuring candidates pass a specified exam before booking another. In the store exam configuration, prerequisites are set below the Retake Configuration section, where users can enter a list of exam codes as prerequisites. The field labeled “Prerequisite Exam Codes” accepts multiple exam codes without validating against existing store exam codes, providing flexibility in configuration. Candidates must have passed at least one of the specified exams to satisfy the prerequisite requirement. When checking eligibility, the system verifies the candidate’s exam history, including imported historical data linked to the user. The prerequisite check occurs before eligibility or retake rules and also applies when rescheduling exams. If the candidate does not meet the prerequisite criteria (e.g., changes in the prerequisite exam list), the system will prevent rescheduling and display a message instructing the candidate to review the exam sponsor’s business rules for further details.
