All exams expire 3 days from registration. No refunds will be given after the exam expires.
Test candidates may cancel a test through Certiverse and receive a full refund when canceling before the exam expires (3 days from registration). No refunds will be issued for any reason after the exam expires. For questions and assistance with canceling contact support@certiverse.com
If you paid for your test through Certiverse, a refund will be initiated upon cancellation, given it was before the exam expired. Please allow 7 to 10 business days to process the refund. If you used a voucher, the voucher reactivates.
