Cancellation and Refund Questions
Certiverse offers flexible cancellation options for both on-demand and scheduled exams. Please review the policies below to understand expiration timelines, refund eligibility, and processing details.
On-Demand Exams
- Exams expire 7 days from registration.
- No refunds will be issued after expiration.
- Cancellations made before expiration qualify for a full refund.
- Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.
- If a voucher was used, it will reactivate as long as it hasn’t expired.
- If the payment was made through Certiverse, we will process the refund. If paid outside of Certiverse, please contact the organization for their refund policy.
Live, Scheduled Exams (Including Practice Tests)
- Scheduled exams expire if you do not arrive within 45 minutes of your scheduled time.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled exam qualify for a full refund.
- No refunds will be issued after expiration.
- Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.
- If a voucher was used, it will reactivate as long as it hasn’t expired.
- If the payment was made through Certiverse, we will process the refund. If paid outside of Certiverse, please contact the organization for their refund policy.
