Below is an outline of the fields displayed in the Candidate Item Comments Report and guidance on how to interpret this information.

Candidate Item Comments Report Fields

When generating a Candidate Item Comments Report, the following details are displayed for each candidate who provided comments:

  • Item Name: Name or identifier of the exam item commented on by the candidate.
  • Item Score: Score the candidate received on this specific item.
  • Comment: Candidate’s comment or feedback on the item, providing insights into perceived difficulty, clarity, or any issues encountered.
  • Exam Code: Code assigned to the exam for easy reference.
  • Exam Form Name: Name of the specific form of the exam taken by the candidate.
  • Exam Form Display ID: Display identifier for the exam form.
  • Administration Date Time UTC: Date and time (in UTC) when the exam was administered.
  • Complete Reason Code: Code indicating the reason for the exam's completion status.
  • Deliverable ID: Unique identifier associated with the exam deliverable.
  • Raw Score: Candidate’s raw score for the entire exam.
  • Candidate Pass/Fail: Outcome indicating whether the candidate passed or failed the exam.
  • Candidate Display Code: Identifier for the candidate within the reporting system.
  • Candidate First Name / Last Name: First and last name of the candidate who provided the comment.
  • Candidate Email: Email address of the candidate for follow-up, if required.
