Certiverse Booking Notifications Store Configuration

Enables an organization to configure booking notifications via a webhook, which sends booking-related updates to an endpoint they host.

Overview

This service allows organizations to track candidate activity and synchronize booking status and eligibility across all integrated systems. This will be available in the Store and configured per exam. 

 

Configuring the Booking Notification to an Exam in the Store can be done after establishing the Booking Notifications Connector.

To establish the Booking Notification Connector and view Booking Notifications Triggers please visit the Certiverse Booking Notification article.

Exam Store Configuration

  1. Navigate the Store tab
  2. Click EDIT for the desired exam 
  3. Locate the Booking Notifications tab within the Exam
  4. Toggle on the Booking Notifications Enabled option
  5. Select the desired Booking Notification Connector from the dropdown options
  6. Click Save
