Certiverse Reservation & Exam Statuses

The following article provides details about various Statuses within Certiverse's Reporting Portal:

Exam Store Booking Report:

  • Cancelled = Candidate successfully booked an exam and cancelled prior to reservation date & time or "take by" date for On Demand Bookings
  • Checkout Expired = Candidate began the booking process and never completed it. (Off by default in the Bookings Report but may be seen in Candidate's Booking Details via Support Portal)
  • Checkout in Progress = Candidate is in the middle of booking an exam.  (Off by default in the Bookings Report but may be seen in Candidate's Booking Details via Support Portal)
  • Complete = Reservation completed - exam has been successfully taken, proctor may have terminated the exam due to violating Certiverse Proctoring Rules (additional information can be found in the Termination Reason column), or candidate may have had issues launching their exam and proctor completed the exam (additional information can be found in the Termination Reason column).
  • Exam In Progress = Candidate is actively testing.
  • Expired = Candidate did not launch their exam in time for their reserved date and time or by "take by" date and no shows.
  • Pending = Candidate successfully booked the exam and has a pending reservation in their My Exams dashboard.

Candidate Results
  • Completed = Reservation completed - exam was successfully taken, proctor may have terminated the exam due to violating Certiverse Proctoring Rules or via other integrated Delivery provider (additional information can be found in the CompleteReason Code column), or candidate may have had issues launching their exam and proctor completed the exam (additional information can be found in the CompleteReason column).

Complete ReasonCodes

  • Candidate Completed = Candidate completed the exam (Pass or Fail result stored or sent)
  • Proctor Terminated = Proctor or provider (3rd party provision, AI Proctoring) ended the session due to violating Certiverse Testing Rules
  • Proctor Completed = Candidate unable to complete exam themselves and Proctor marks the exam completed manually (ex: candidate may not see the End Exam button)
  • Abandoned = Candidate leaves the exam for some reason (loses connection, hardware of candidate device fails, etc.) and never relaunches the exam. The exam will autocomplete in 24-hour timeframe, and candidate have up 60 minutes from time of disconnection to relaunch their exam from their My Exams dashboard in Certiverse.
  • Agreement Declined = Candidate declined to agree to the Test Sponsor's NDA or Terms to proceed with taking the exam.
