- Find additional information here.
When am I unable to reschedule my exam?
Candidates cannot reschedule their exam in the following cases:
- If the request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled exam time (only cancellations are possible).
- If the rescheduled date is beyond 60 days from the original booking date.

- The only restriction is that rescheduling is not possible beyond 60 days from the original booking date.
Will I be charged for rescheduling?

- The only case where payment may be required is if the voucher used for the exam has expired. In this case, the candidate must contact the exam sponsor for a resolution.
Can I reschedule to a date that is fully booked?
Currently, scheduling conflicts are rare due to ample availability. However, if a candidate encounters an error or is unable to select a date, they should contact support@certiverse.com. Support can verify whether the issue is system-related or due to scheduling limitations.

What happens if I don’t show up for my exam?
There is no additional penalty fee for a missed exam, but the exam fee is non-refundable.
Can I get a refund if I miss the exam due to an emergency?
Certiverse does not issue refunds for no-shows. However, if there was an emergency, the candidate should contact support@certiverse.com. Support can escalate the issue to the exam sponsor, who will decide whether to provide a refund or issue a new voucher.
- The exam sponsor has sole discretion over refunds and voucher reissuance.
Can I reschedule if I miss the exam without being charged?
Candidates must book a new exam reservation if they miss their scheduled exam, which usually requires submitting a new payment.
How can I prove my reason for not showing up?
Candidates should contact support@certiverse.com to discuss their situation. If an emergency is claimed, the case will be escalated to the exam sponsor for review. The sponsor may request documentation to verify the claim.
3. General Information
Can I reschedule if I’m outside the policy timeframe?
Currently, there are no exceptions to the 60-day rescheduling window. Candidates should ensure they take action within the allowed timeframe.
Are there special considerations for candidates with disabilities?
Candidates requiring accommodation must request them through the exam sponsor before scheduling their exam.
- Each exam sponsor follows a different process, but most allow accommodations to be configured within the Certiverse platform.
- Candidates who miss an exam due to accessibility issues must submit a new request for accommodation when booking a new session.
Rescheduling an exam with extra time accommodations
- If a candidate reschedules their exam, the extra time accommodation will be automatically applied to the new booking.
- If the candidate cancels their exam and books a new session, they must request extra time again through the exam sponsor.
