      The Exam Response Data Report provides in-depth, item-level data for each candidate's responses after an exam is delivered.

      Exam Response Data Report

      This report is available only as a downloadable file after running the Exam Response Data Report, containing a comprehensive set of fields detailing each candidate's exam performance. Below is an outline of the data available in the downloaded document and how to interpret it.

      Fields Included in the Exam Response Data Report

      The Exam Response Data Report download contains the following information for each candidate:

      • CandidateID: Unique identifier assigned to the candidate.
      • Email: Candidate's email address.
      • LastName / FirstName: Candidate's last and first name.
      • DeliveryID: Unique identifier for the exam delivery session.
      • DeliveryDateTime: Date and time the exam was administered.
      • ExamCode: Code associated with the exam.
      • ExamFormID / ExamFormName: Specific form of the exam taken by the candidate.
      • RawScoredTotal: Total raw score of scored items (non-pretest).
      • RawPretestTotal: Total raw score of pretest items.
      • ScaledTotal: Standardized or scaled score for the exam.
      • PassFail: Pass or Fail result based on scoring criteria.
      • AdministrationTimeMinutes: Total time spent on the exam in minutes.

      Item-Level Data

      Each item-level field provides insights into the candidate’s interaction with individual items on the exam. Item data is displayed with unique identifiers (e.g., inter1184, inter1183) for each item and includes the following categories:

      1. ItemType: Type of item (e.g., multiple-choice, short answer).
      2. IsPretest: Indicates whether the item is a pretest (unscored) item.
      3. Response: Candidate’s response to the item.
      4. Score:  Score the candidate received for the item.
      5. Time: Time in seconds spent on the item.
      6. Attempt: Number of attempts the candidate made on the item.

      These fields are provided for each item, allowing detailed tracking of candidate responses, scores, and behavior on individual questions.

      Export Options

      Since the report is provided only as a download, it will be saved in a file format compatible with spreadsheet and data analysis tools for further review and record-keeping.
