      Exam Store Booking Report

      The Exam Store Bookings Report provides a listing of bookings created in the Certiverse Exam Store.

      Exam Store Bookings Report

      When running the Store Booking Report, you can view detailed information for each booking, including:

      • Proctoring Playback: Access to playback of the proctored exam session.

      • Score Reports: View the exam score reports.

      • Booking Details:

        • Code: Unique identifier for the booking.
        • Status: The status of the booking.
        • Booked: Date and time when the reservation was made.
        • Provisioned: Date and time when the exam was provisioned.
        • Completed: Date and time when the exam was completed.
        • Method: The delivery method, such as "Unproctored - Secure Browser."
        • Expiration: The expiration date for the exam.

      • Candidate Details:

        • Email: The candidate's email address.
        • Name: The candidate's full name.
        • User ID: The unique user ID.
        • Candidate ID: The unique candidate ID.
        • State/Province: The state or province.
        • Zip/Postal Code: The candidate’s postal code.
        • Country/Region: The country or region of the candidate.

      • Exam Details:

        • Exam Name: The name of the exam.
        • Exam Code: The unique code for the exam.
        • Language: The language of the exam.
        • Duration: The exam duration.
        • Payment: Payment details.
        • Receipt and Invoice
      • Add Booking Exception
        • Select Bypass Option (Bypass retake rules or Bypass Schedule in Advance Rule)

      Additionally, you can view the History of Reschedules, which includes the Reservation Date, Created Date-Time, and details on Proctoring Playback, such as the Date and Type of playback, if proctored. The video is from the exam proctoring platform, along with the Score Reports associated with the booking.

      Export the Store Bookings Report

      You can export the CSV document from the Store Booking Report, which provides detailed information about exam reservations and outcomes. The document includes Reservation Code, Last Name, First Name, and Email of the candidate. It also shows the Exam Code, Exam Name, Booked Date, and Reservation Date (UTC). The Delivery Country and Region are listed, along with the Completed Date and Delivery Type. The Status indicates if the reservation is completed, pending, or canceled [...], and Termination Reason explains any early termination. Lastly, the Proctoring Score reflects the proctor’s evaluation of exam integrity. This report offers a comprehensive view of exam bookings and statuses
