      Export "Accepted" Items

      Select an Export Setting Option: When exporting items, you can choose from various export settings tailored to your specific needs.

      • Selected Item Data option exports only the currently selected rows and visible columns, providing a quick way to export the data you’re viewing.
      • Standard Item Export option exports selected rows along with detailed item metadata, including the item’s content such as stem, options, and exhibits. 

      You can also choose to export content in different formats:

      • Formatted Content With Image Files includes HTML elements and associated image files, preserving the visual layout of your items
      • Formatted Content Without Image Files retains the HTML elements but excludes images.
      • Clear HTML option converts rich text to plain text by stripping out HTML elements, offering a clean, text-only export without image files. 

      Selecting the appropriate export setting ensures you have the right format and data for your intended use.
