How to Know When Item Writing Assignments Are Complete and You Are Ready to Create an Exam

This guide explains the notification system for an admin when 100% of item writing assignments for a blueprint are completed. The system is designed to help users transition seamlessly from item writing to exam building.

When all item writing assignments for a blueprint are complete, a message will appear on the Item Management Dashboard to notify the user. This message includes the following features:

  1. Trigger Condition: Displayed when 100% of item writing assignments are completed.

  2. Popup Behavior:

    • The message pops up when the user enters the Item Management Dashboard.

    • Includes an option for users to select "Do not show this again."

  3. In addition to the dashboard message, an in-app notification will be sent to the user when all item writing assignments for a blueprint are completed.

How to Proceed After Notification

Once the notification or popup is displayed, users can:

  1. Navigate to the Exam Management module.

  2. Click on ADD EXAM to begin building exams for the completed blueprint.
