How to view Item Preview and Item history

How to Use These Features

1. Accessing Integrated Preview and History:

   • Navigate to the item review section in the Item management portal.

   • Select an item to review; both its preview and history will be displayed side by side.

2. Interpreting Response Identifiers:

   • In the history log, look for entries with Response IDs next to “Correct Answer” or “Incorrect Answer” headers.

   • Example: “Correct Answer Modified (Response ID: R1)”.
