How to Launch Your AI-Proctored Exam

This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process of launching an AI-proctored exam from your Certiverse candidate portal. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet environment before starting.


Tap the video to pause the demo or manually advance each step. 

Step 1: Access Your Exam

  • Log in to your candidate account.

  • From your dashboard, click on My Exams.

Step 2: Start the Exam Process

  • Locate your scheduled exam and click Start.

  • A new tab will automatically open in your browser.

Step 3: Prepare for Installation

  • A pop-up window may appear. Click Dismiss to close any informational messages.

  • Click Download Installer to begin the exam setup process.

  • Follow the on-screen Instructions 1 and 2 to complete the installation of the exam delivery software.

Step 4: Launch Your Exam

  • Once installation is complete, return to the browser tab.

  • Click Start Exam.

  • Your AI-proctored exam will now begin.

Tips Before You Begin

  • Ensure your webcam and microphone are functioning.

  • Close any unnecessary applications to avoid interruptions.

  • Have your government-issued ID ready for identity verification if prompted.
