Step 1: Create a Docebo Eligibility Connector
Configure Connector Settings
- Under Connector Settings:

Click and select a Category.

Click and select a Provider.

Click and enter a Connector Name (must be unique).
Enter API Credentials
Enter User Authentication Credentials
Set Partner Endpoint
Step 2: Assign the Connector to an Exam

Return to Portals and open the Store Portal.

Find the exam you want to configure and click Edit.

Go to the Eligibility Configuration section.

Under Eligibility Provider, select Docebo.

Select and click the Organization Connector you created.

Under Exam Enrollment Status:

Under Non-Graded Option:

Under Course Settings:

Finally, click Save.
