💡 Org Admins review what happened during a candidate's AI-Assisted session after the fact, through Proctoring Playback: a timestamped log of every event in the session, plus (once available) recorded video.
Step 1: Finding the Session
1.1 Navigate to Support → Users, search by the candidate's reservation code, and open their exam record.
1.2 Click "More Details" on the exam, then select the Proctoring Playback tab (alongside Details, History of Reschedules, and Score Reports).
Step 2: Reading the Event Log
2.1 The right panel lists every session event by Date and Type, in order, for example:
- Session Released
- Streaming Service Participant Joined
- Streaming Information Updated
- Candidate Started
- Incident: Face coverings
- Session Resumed
- Incident: Another person in the room
- Incident: Face out of view
- Session Resumed
- Session Terminated
- Streaming Service Participant Left
❓ What am I looking for in this log?
The sequence tells the whole story of the session: when it started, every incident the AI flagged (shown in red), whether the session resumed normally after each one, and how it ended. A session with several incidents followed by "Session Resumed" each time suggests a proctor reviewed and cleared them; a log ending in "Session Terminated" shortly after an incident suggests the proctor acted on it.
Step 3: Reviewing Video
3.1 Click any incident row to view its associated clip, once available.
