How Support Access Can Disable Secure Exam Browser (SEB)
In this video, we demonstrate how Support can disable the Secure Exam Browser (SEB).

Step-by-Step: Disabling SEB as Support
Note: These steps will only work if the “Allow Support to disable Secure Browser” setting has been enabled by an Admin.
1. Open the Support Portal

Click Portals from the main navigation bar.

Click Support.

Click Customer Support.
2. Search for the Candidate
-
Click User Search.
-
In the Email field, enter the full or partial email address.

Click SEARCH.
3. View the Candidate’s Profile
-
Click VIEW next to the candidate’s name.
-
Click Full Size View for better visibility.
4. Find the Exam Reservation
-
Click the Exam Reservations tab.
-
Use the Transaction Date filter or another convenient filter.
-
Select the appropriate date.
-
Click MORE DETAILS for the relevant reservation.
5. Disable SEB
-
Locate the Require Secure Exam Browser (SEB) toggle.
-
Switch it OFF to disable SEB for this reservation.
