How to Archive Inactive Voucher Partners in the Voucher Portal
Follow this quick guide to archive inactive partners and maintain a cleaner, more organized partner dashboard.

Step 1: Open the Voucher Partners List

Click Portals.
-
Click Voucher Portal.

Navigate to the Authorized Partners tab.
Step 2: Archive an Inactive Partner

Click VIEW/EDIT next to the partner you want to archive.

Uncheck the Active checkbox.

Check the Archive checkbox.
-
Click UPDATE to save the changes.
The partner is now archived and will no longer appear in your default active list.
Optional: Display Archived Partners in the Dashboard
By default, the Archive column is hidden to keep your view clean. To view archived partners
Step 3: Reveal the Archive Column

Click Columns in the AG Grid.

Check the box for Archive to show the Archive status column.

Click Columns again to close the settings panel.
Step 4: Filter to Show Archived Partners

Use the filter option to include archived partners in your view, if needed.
Unarchive and Reactivate a Partner
If you need to make an archived partner active again:

Click VIEW/EDIT next to the archived partner.

Uncheck the Archive box.
-
Check the Active box.
-
Click UPDATE to apply the changes.
Your partner is now active and eligible for new voucher assignments and purchases.
Keep in Mind
-
Archived partners are excluded from the “Authorized Partners Available” list in voucher programs.
-
If already assigned, archived partners still appear in the Assigned Partners column.
-
Archived partners cannot initiate new purchases.
-
Archived status does not impact historical purchase visibility.
