How to Create an end screen Score Report

This video walks you through the process of configuring the Certiverse score report template and utilizing tokens for exam screens.

 1. Access the Exam Management Portal

  1. Click Portals.
  2. Click Exam Management.

2. Navigate to the Blueprint Section

  1. Click More.
  2. Select Collapse All Row Groups allowing have a better view of the list of the blueprint
  3. Click Blueprint.
  4. Click Manual.
  5. Click VIEW/EDIT.

3. Add a New Score Report Screen

  1. Click Exam Screens and Score Reports.
  2. Click ADD SCREEN.
  3. Click Screen Position and select Exam End.
  4. Click Screen Type and select Score Report.
  5. Click Create new screen.
  6. Click Screen Name, enter a name, and click CREATE.

4. Configure Score Report Display Settings

  1. Toggle Show as End Screen to ON.
  2. Toggle Email Score Report Link to ON.
  3. Toggle View From Candidate History to ON.

5. Insert Tokens for Dynamic Score Display

  1. A template is automatically provided when creating a Score Report.
  2. Click inside a Text Box where you want to insert the token.
  3. Click Token.
  4. Select Exam Scaled Score - Integer.
  5. Click inside another Text Box.
  6. Click Token again.
  7. Select Root Topic Percent Score - Two Decimal.
  8. Click Token.
  9. Select Exam Scaled Score - Integer.
  10. Click Token.
  11. Select Exam Section Percent Score - Two Decimal.
  12. Click Token.
  13. Select Administration Date.

6. Modify Text or Remove Unwanted Tokens

  1. Click inside a Text Box to add or remove text.
  2. Click Token again if additional elements need modification.
  3. Select Administration Date (if necessary).

7. Save and Activate the Score Report

  1. Click UPDATE.
  2. Toggle Activate to ON.
