This video will show you how to create a score report for an exam using the Certiverse standard template.
This template comes with default fields and layout, which are automatically populated with personalized information for each candidate, such as their name, exam title, pass/fail outcome, and detailed scores for exam topics. Additionally, candidates will receive a notification that their score report has been sent to their associated email address, providing a seamless experience. Clients also have the flexibility to further modify the template as needed, ensuring consistency, customization, and a professional look.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Access the Portals:
- Navigate to the Portals section.

Enter Exam Management:
- Click on Exam Management.

Expand the Exam Settings:
- Click on More, then select Collapse All Row Groups to tidy up your interface.

Select Blueprint:
- Click on Blueprint.

Go to Manual Settings:
- Click on Manual.

Access Exam Screens:
- Click on VIEW/EDIT.

Open Exam Screens and Score Reports:
- Click on Exam Screens and Score Reports.

Add a New Screen:
- Click on ADD SCREEN.

Choose Screen Position:
- Click on Screen Position, and select Exam End to place the score report at the end of the exam.

Select Screen Type:
- Click on Screen Type, and select Score Report.

Create a New Screen:
- Click on Create new screen.

Enter Screen Name:
- Click on the text box and enter a name for the screen.

Modify the Template:
- To modify the score report template, click on the Text Box.

Add Tokens:
- Click on Token.
- Select the relevant Token (such as candidate’s name, exam title, pass/fail status, etc.).
- Click on the Token and select it to insert into the report.

Finalize the Customization:
- After adding the necessary tokens, click UPDATE to save the changes.
