How to Download the Form Analysis Report

The Form Analysis Report provides valuable insights into user responses, helping businesses refine their strategies. Follow this step-by-step guide to efficiently download the Form Analysis Report.

Step 1: Access the Portal

  1. Log in to your Certiverse account.
  2. Navigate to the Portals section by clicking on "Portals."

Step 2: Open the Reporting Section

  1. In the Portals menu, locate and click on Reporting.

Step 3: Access Form Analysis

  1. Within the Reporting section, find and click Form Analysis.

Step 4: Select a Date Range

  1. Click on Date Range.
  2. Choose the appropriate date range to filter the report data.

Step 5: Adjust Responders (If Needed)

  1. If necessary, click on Incomplete Data, Quick Responders and or Chance Responders,  to modify the data filters.

Step 6: Download the Report

  1. Click DOWNLOAD REPORT.
  2. A confirmation prompt will appear—click OK to proceed.

Step 7: Notification and Report Availability

  1. Once the report is available, you’ll receive an email confirmation [see here], along with an in-app notification within the system.
  2. You will be able to download the report directly from the notification.

Step 8: Retrieve the Downloaded Report

  1. Click on Notifications to check the report's download status.
  2. Once available, click DOWNLOAD to save the report to your device.

Step 9: Finalize the Process

  1. Click Close to exit the download window.
  2. Click Close again to return to the main dashboard.
