How to Download the Form Analysis Report
The Form Analysis Report provides valuable insights into user responses, helping businesses refine their strategies. Follow this step-by-step guide to efficiently download the Form Analysis Report.

Step 1: Access the Portal
- Log in to your Certiverse account.
- Navigate to the Portals section by clicking on "Portals."
Step 2: Open the Reporting Section
- In the Portals menu, locate and click on Reporting.
Step 3: Access Form Analysis
- Within the Reporting section, find and click Form Analysis.
Step 4: Select a Date Range
- Click on Date Range.
- Choose the appropriate date range to filter the report data.
Step 5: Adjust Responders (If Needed)
- If necessary, click on Incomplete Data, Quick Responders and or Chance Responders, to modify the data filters.
Step 6: Download the Report
- Click DOWNLOAD REPORT.
- A confirmation prompt will appear—click OK to proceed.
Step 7: Notification and Report Availability
- Once the report is available, you’ll receive an email confirmation [see here], along with an in-app notification within the system.
- You will be able to download the report directly from the notification.
Step 8: Retrieve the Downloaded Report
- Click on Notifications to check the report's download status.
- Once available, click DOWNLOAD to save the report to your device.
Step 9: Finalize the Process
- Click Close to exit the download window.
- Click Close again to return to the main dashboard.
