How to Enforce Assigned Email To Book Exam
The Enforce Assigned Email To Book Exam feature allows voucher program administrators to lock vouchers to a specific email address.

Enabling Email Restriction for Vouchers
To configure voucher programs to enforce email restrictions, follow these steps:
1. Access the Voucher Portal
- Navigate to the Voucher Portal.
- Select Voucher Program.
- Locate the desired voucher program and click the View/Edit button.
2. Enable Email Restrictions
- In the top menu, go to Email Restrictions.
- Under the Add Domain Restrictions section, locate the toggle labeled Enforce Assigned Email To Book Exam.
- Toggle on to activate the email restriction.
Understanding Voucher Behavior
Voucher Configuration Changes
- The Enforce Assigned Email To Book Exam setting is per default toggled off for all existing voucher programs.
Assigning a Voucher to an Email Address
- Vouchers are not automatically linked to a user at creation.
- Admin needs to assign each voucher code to specific email account [see here]
- If a voucher is assigned to the wrong email, it can be corrected by clicking Change Voucher Recipient
- A Partner User or Admin updating the assigned email address.
