How to Track Exam Deliveries with Client Candidate ID Column
The Client Candidate ID is now included by default in the Delivery Activity Report. This field provides a clear, precise identifier (SSO, Eligibility, or Custom Data) used when provisioning an exam.

1. Access the Delivery Activity Report

Click Portals
-
Click Business Intelligence & Reporting

Click Delivery Tab
-
Click Delivery Activity
2. Filter by Date
-
Click Date Range
-
Select the desired start and end dates
-
Click RUN REPORT
3. View the Client Candidate ID
Once your report loads:
-
Click Client Eligibility ID to expand and review specific provisioning identifiers

Click Candidate ID if you wish to view the older field (now hidden by default)
Use the Client Candidate ID for a reliable reference when aligning data across systems or verifying test-taker information with your internal records.
