How to Use the "Search by Item Content" Field to Identify Enemy Items
In this walkthrough, we’ll show you how to efficiently identify and manage enemy items using the enhanced search functionality in the Item Management Portal

Step 1: Access the Item Management Portal

Click Portals
-
Click Item Management
Step 2: Navigate to Accepted Items

Click the Accepted tab
-
Click on the desired Item
Step 3: Open the Enemy Items Section

Click Enemy Items
-
Click ADD to begin comparing items
Step 4: Compare Items by Content
-
Click Item Content to explore content-based matches
-
Click Compare Items
-
Click Close to return to the previous screen
Tip: Repeat the comparison process as needed to evaluate different content matches.
Step 5: Make an Enemy Item Selection

Click MAKE ENEMY
-
Enter your Rationale for marking the item as an enemy
-
Click ADD
-
Click CLOSE
Step 6: Optional – Manage Existing Enemy Items
-
Click Item Name
-
If needed, click Delete
-
Confirm by clicking OK
Step 7: Use the “Search by Item Content” Field
In the top menu bar, you’ll see an inline search field titled Search by Item Content.
This feature allows you to locate similar or potentially duplicate items using only their content, enhancing precision and saving time.

Click Search by Item Content

Enter key phrases
-
Review the list of items that share similar content
- Repeat steps 2 to 5
This tool helps reduce duplication and enhances the reliability of item pools by comparing content rather than just titles or IDs.
