Home
Allow user to change the time zone in which they are scheduling the exam
Candidates are now enabled to change the time zone when scheduling exams. This improvement is crucial as it accommodates global users, ensuring appointments are accurately reflected in their local time, minimizing confusion or scheduling errors. By offering flexibility and personalization in exam scheduling, this feature significantly enhances usability, streamlining the workflow for users worldwide. Users can now experience a more intuitive and convenient scheduling process, leading to improved satisfaction and efficiency.
Admin
AI-generated Minimally Qualified Candidate (MQC) description
Test developers can now generate a Minimally Qualified Candidate (MQC) description using AI by selecting the “Write an AI-Assisted MQC” button within the Job Task Analysis section. After entering a job title and required fields, users are guided through a chat-like interface with targeted questions. Once completed, the system generates an MQC and automatically loads it into the MQC field, streamlining the process for faster, more accurate results.
Reorganize Connectors
The Integrations & Connectors tab has been reorganized to improve navigation and usability. Connectors are now grouped more intuitively, making it easier for users to find relevant information quickly. This update, driven by user feedback, simplifies workflows, enhances productivity, and ensures more efficient access to key resources.
Exam Management
Sections' Settings pane is difficult to access for items lower on the page
We’ve improved accessibility in the Sections Settings pane by resolving issues that made it difficult to reach items lower on the page. This enhancement streamlines navigation, allowing users to make adjustments more efficiently and reducing time spent on configuration.
Voucher Portal
Provide Support Manager Role with Voucher Portal Access
The Support Manager role now grants access to the Voucher Portal. This improvement streamlines the workflow by enabling Support Managers to manage and review voucher activities directly, reducing dependency on additional team members. This access is crucial for maintaining efficiency and ensuring timely responses in support operations, ultimately improving service delivery and user satisfaction. With this enhanced capability, Support Managers are better equipped to oversee voucher-related processes.
