This release includes improvements across multiple portals: streamlined item filtering and status updates in Item Management, easier topic navigation in Exam Management, faster support through real-time, and clearer 2FA visibility in Account Setting
Item Management
A new setting has been added in the Admin Portal under Blueprints > Items to define the default Delivery Status once an item is accepted. Admins can now choose between Active (default) or Admin Review for each blueprint. This provides greater control over how items transition post-acceptance, helping teams manage content exposure and review workflows more effectively.
To better manage item lifecycle and exam form integrity, a new Delivery Status field has been added to the Blueprint item model. This status, set after authoring is complete, determines whether an item can be used on an exam form. Available statuses include Admin Review, Active, Retired, and Archived (with None being system-assigned). Items not yet accepted default to None, while accepted items default to Active unless changed by an Admin. Items marked Retired can remain on active forms, while Archived items cannot. Only Active items can be used for automated or manual item selection on exam forms. This update ensures greater control over item exposure and form validity.
To support more accurate enemy item tagging, the side-by-side comparison now displays the correct response for both the Current Item and the Enemy Item. Additionally, each item’s name is now shown to help users confirm they’re working with the intended items—especially useful when identifying items by name. Users can also adjust the horizontal split between the two views for better readability.
The Item Management AG Grid now hides items with a Delivery Status of Archived by default, while showing those marked Admin Review, Active, Retired, or None. Users can manually adjust filters to include Archived items as needed. In the Accepted Items view, Delivery Status now appears before Lifecycle, and the Authoring Status field is removed. In the In Progress Items view, only Authoring Status is shown by default. Both views allow column customization. Additionally, Delivery Status now appears in the item Summary pane and follows updated logic based on the item’s state.
Exam Management
To reduce time spent manually collapsing topic panes, the Exam Form Delivery tab now defaults all topic levels to a collapsed state when opening a form. This change improves usability—especially for forms with extensive topic trees—by making it easier to locate and update specific settings without unnecessary scrolling.
Support
Support agents are now notified when a candidate's ID fails automated verification during an unproctored exam check-in. A new alert appears on the notification bell in the CV portal header, guiding agents to review the flagged session. Clicking the message directs them to the Candidate Check-In page for follow-up, ensuring faster response and improved candidate support.
Home
To prevent confusion, the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) toggle and related text have been temporarily removed from the Account Settings page. This change reflects our recent integration with Entra, where 2FA is currently managed externally. The option will be reintroduced once fully supported through Entra.
