This sprint's enhancements include AI-generated tasks and domains, BI reporting updates, proctor group-based exam booking, Remote Proctoring Terms integration, expanded Support Manager portal access, and improved exam security in Safe Exam Browser.

Authoring

AI generated Task and Domains

Test developers can now generate tasks and domains more efficiently using a new AI-assisted feature in the Authoring Portal’s Job Task Analysis (JTA) tab. By clicking the newly added “+ USE AI TO GENERATE TASKS” button positioned alongside the “+ NEW TASK” button fixed at the bottom of the screen, users can trigger a process that combines the Minimally Qualified Candidate (MQC) description with attached prompts. The resulting AI-generated tasks are automatically loaded into the task view for review, streamlining the test development workflow.

BI & Reporting

BI Portal Dashboard including canceled and no show in totals

The BI Portal Dashboard now includes canceled and no-show appointments in the total count, providing a more comprehensive view of appointment metrics. This enhancement is crucial for accurate performance analysis and decision-making, enabling users to identify trends and areas for improvement more effectively. These changes are built on data insights available up to October 2023, ensuring that users have access to the most up-to-date information available.

Booking Store Exams Using Proctor Group Capacity

A new feature for booking store exams using the proctor group capacity functionality has been added. This improvement allows users to efficiently schedule exams by utilizing available proctor resources optimally, ensuring smoother coordination and reducing scheduling conflicts. By displaying accurate proctor capacity data, the feature streamlines the booking process, enhancing operational efficiency and user experience. 

Remote Proctoring Terms and Conditions During Check-In 

Remote Proctoring Terms and Conditions document accessible during the check-in process ensures users are fully informed of the proctoring requirements and guidelines before proceeding, enhancing transparency and compliance. By integrating these terms at a critical point in the workflow, users can effortlessly review and acknowledge the conditions, fostering a smoother, more informed user experience during remote evaluations.

Adding the Cluely app to the list of prohibited applications in the Safe Exam Browser configuration is crucial as it ensures a secure and controlled examination environment by preventing unauthorized access to potentially compromising applications. By blocking the Cluely app, we are reinforcing exam integrity and maintaining the focus and fairness of the testing process. 

Add Ultraviewer to prohibited apps for SEB

Including Ultraviewer in the list of prohibited applications when utilizing the Safe Exam Browser (SEB) ensures a more secure and controlled examination environment by preventing unauthorized remote access during exams. By restricting the use of Ultraviewer, we are reinforcing the integrity of the exam process and safeguarding sensitive content. 

Provide Support Manager Role with Support Portal Access

Support Manager role dedicated access is significantly improving managerial oversight and efficiency. This addition allows Support Managers to seamlessly monitor and manage support cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution. 

Provide Support Manager Role with Store Portal Access

Support Managers can now access to the Store Portal, streamlining their ability to manage and address store-specific inquiries and issues efficiently. This enhancement empowers Support Managers with direct access to essential tools and information, reducing the need for intermediaries and expediting resolution times. 

Provide Support Manager Role with Promo Portal Access

Support Manager role has now access to the Promo Portal. This access ensures that Support Managers can directly oversee promotional content and address client inquiries without intermediary steps, streamlining communication and reducing response times. By empowering Support Managers with this capability, we enhance user interaction with the Promo Portal, ensuring a smoother, more cohesive experience.
