New Support Manager Role UI Enhancements
The Support User Role Management feature introduces the ability for Support Managers to assign and manage user roles directly within the Certiverse platform. From the Support > Users section, Support Managers can now access a new Assign Roles tab. This tab allows them to view, assign, and revoke the Support Manager and Support Specialist roles. Only users with the Support Manager role can perform these actions. Role status is reflected in the user’s System Roles section. Additionally, UI updates consolidate the Proctor and Support Management functions under User Role Management, ensuring a unified experience with role-based access controls and updated navigation labels.
