Notes: August 29th Release
This release adds secure randomized Voucher Codes, Italian language support, Angular portal upgrades, enhanced exam rules & emails, localized language dropdown and CSV export for Test Centers & Events Reservations.
Home
Localized Language Dropdown
The home page language selector now displays each option in its native language (e.g., “English,” “Español,” “简体中文,” “日本語”), with the two-letter ISO 639 code shown after selection. This improves usability and accessibility for international users.
Delivery
Enhanced Exam Rules & Policies Notification
Candidates are now clearly notified about requirements for Photo Identification, Selfie, and Room Scan prior to starting an exam. The updated message provides step-by-step guidance and uses a dedicated alert icon for visibility, improving transparency and preparedness.
Exam Preparation Email Enhancements
Confirmation and reminder emails now include instructions for completing a room scan and links to relevant resources, CV Terms & Conditions, and Supported Delivery Types. The Certiverse logo has also been updated with white text for better visibility.
Test Centers & Events
Download CSV for Test Center Reservations
A new “Download CSV” button has been added to the Test Center & Events Reservations page. Event coordinators can now export filtered reservation data for easier analysis and planning. The CSV reflects all applied search filters and includes all relevant reservation details except the Unlock Code. This feature works across all supported browsers and aligns with accessibility and UI/UX standards.
Voucher Portal
Voucher Code Generation Enhancement
Bulk voucher code generation has been improved to increase security and randomness. Voucher codes now include multiple letters and non-sequential numbers, following standardized formats based on code length.
Other Portal Framework Upgrades
Portal Framework Upgrade
The following portals have been successfully upgraded to the latest Angular framework, ensuring a consistent and modern user experience: Support Portal and Test Center & Events Portal (partial update).
Italian Language Support Enabled
Italian has been added as a supported language across the platform. Users can now create, translate, and manage content, forms, and exams in Italian, and candidates can take exams in Italian.
