Home
Update Email Address in Account Settings
Users can now update their email addresses in Account Settings by clicking the edit icon next to their current address. When a new email is entered, the system sends a One Time Passcode (OTP) via Twilio for verification. Only after successful OTP or magic link verification will the new email be saved and integrated with Entra. Unverified or invalid email updates are rejected, and a verification timestamp is recorded if required. This ensures account contact information remains current and secure, while the previous Auth0 change email flow has been removed.
Admin
Admin Portal Theme Upgrade
The Admin portal has been upgraded to the latest Angular framework, ensuring consistency with our updated technology stack and improved long-term maintainability.
Replace CKEditor with Quill in Admin Portal
The Admin Portal is being updated to replace CKEditor with Quill in select configuration fields, including SSO instructions, minimally qualified candidate descriptions, and custom guides across Org, JTA, Blueprint, and Item Writing sections. This change maintains the existing click-to-edit behavior and rich text features, providing a consistent editing experience across the platform while eliminating CKEditor licensing costs.
Store
Store Exam Portal Theme Upgrade
The Store portal has been upgraded to the latest Angular framework, ensuring consistency with our updated technology stack and improved long-term maintainability.
Add Skillable as Performance-Based Testing (PBT) Provider
Skillable is being added as a new PBT provider, with differences from TrueAbility in exam forms, scheduling, and delivery. Skillable does not support exam forms or advance scheduling, so templates must be configured per exam form, and exams are provisioned on demand at launch, including accommodation and extra time, with total duration calculated as exam time plus accommodations. Pause/resume functionality is not supported at launch. Provisioning occurs when the candidate starts the exam, with verification that the lab build is complete before delivery. Skillable supports returning pass/fail results and scores for each test part. Integration details, including API documentation and embedding instructions, are available via Skillable’s developer docs.
Add Skillable Connector
A new connector for Skillable has been added. Skillable is a Performance Based Testing (PBT) provider, and the connector supports integration for exam delivery through the platform.
Exam Management
Remove Item Compensation Configuration and Reporting
The item writer UI no longer displays compensation, and reporting related to item compensation has also been removed.
BI & Reporting
Pass Rate Report: Display Time Spent in Minutes
The Pass Rate Report in the BI & Reporting portal now includes a new “Time Spent (minutes)” column, formatted to two decimal places, as the default view. The original “Time Spent” column has been renamed “Time Spent (seconds)” and hidden from the default display.
Candidate Item Comments Report: Add Exam Code to Search Criteria
The Candidate Item Comments Report now includes Exam Code alongside the exam name in the search criteria dropdown. This enhancement ensures users can easily distinguish between exams with similar names and filter results more accurately.
Align BI Reports UI with Certiverse Site
BI Reports have been reviewed and updated for consistency with the rest of the Certiverse site, incorporating UI/UX improvements to enhance usability. This effort also lays the foundation for a standardized framework to guide the design of current and future BI Reports.
Add Form Analysis Guide to Top Header
The Form Analysis Guide has been added to the top header for quick access. Users can now navigate directly to the guide at Form Analysis Guide
Add Item Analysis Guide to Top Header
The Item Analysis Guide has been added to the top header for easy access. Users can now navigate directly to the guide at Item Analysis Guide from any page.
Voucher Portal
Voucher Portal Theme upgrade
The Voucher portal has been upgraded to the latest Angular framework, ensuring consistency with our updated technology stack and improved long-term maintainability.
Delivery
Update Pause Screen Messaging for Connectivity Issue
The proctoring session pause message has been updated to provide clearer guidance during connectivity issues. When a session is paused, candidates will now see that their access to the exam has been blocked and are instructed to refresh their browser or contact support@certiverse.com if they experience communication or technical problems. This change ensures candidates know how to resolve issues quickly and continue their exam without confusion.
Add Candidate Warning Screen for Rule Violations (Remote Proctoring)
A new warning screen has been added after the Pre-Flight Exam Rules for Live Proctored exams (with or without Secure Browser) to clearly outline behaviors that may result in immediate termination. Candidates are informed that failure to comply with any warnings during the session can also lead to termination. The screen lists prohibited activities—including failure to return from breaks, mobile phone use, proctor harassment, and remote desktop applications—and is styled consistently with the existing exam flow. The “LAUNCH EXAM” button on the prior rules page is updated to “NEXT” to accommodate this new screen, ensuring candidates are fully aware of consequences before starting their exam.
