Remove "Add item type" confirmation pop-up in blueprint

The confirmation pop-up that appeared when adding a new item type to a blueprint has been removed to streamline the workflow. Now, selecting “add item type” immediately adds it to the blueprint, reducing clicks and improving efficiency. Users can still remove item types if added by mistake, and all existing functionality, including multi-selection of item types, remains intact.

Proctor Portal

Incident Management: Candidate Termination screen

A new screen has been implemented to display termination messages to candidates when a proctor flags an incident in the Proctoring Portal that warrants termination. The message clearly identifies the specific incident reported and allows the candidate to acknowledge it. This update ensures that Major incidents, or Minor incidents meeting their configured threshold, are handled consistently, and that the exam cannot be relaunched after termination.

Incident Management: Candidate Warning screen

A new screen has been implemented to display warning messages to candidates when a proctor flags an incident in the Proctoring Portal. The message identifies the specific incident reported and allows the candidate to acknowledge it. Once acknowledged, the warning message is removed and the candidate can resume the exam. The exam screen is blocked while the message is displayed and resumes after acknowledgment, and chat continues to function normally. This ensures that Minor incidents that have not met their configured threshold are communicated clearly without interrupting the candidate’s ability to continue the exam.

Proctoring Portal: Remote proctoring incidents and warnings

Proctors can now log incidents and issue warnings to candidates during exams with a standard set of predefined incidents available for selection. When an incident is logged, the candidate is blocked from continuing the exam until the proctor allows them to resume, while chat remains available. Each incident is tracked independently, including the number of occurrences and a timestamp that can later be overlaid on the exam video. The existing Termination button remains available for manual termination if required. This update improves the proctor’s ability to monitor exam behavior and maintain exam integrity, following the Certiverse Standard Profile Configuration

Login Box size changes

The parameters of the login box were updated to improve compatibility and display consistency across different devices, particularly laptops. These adjustments ensure the login fields and buttons are properly aligned, responsive, and accessible, enhancing the overall user experience.

Keep column display setting Pt. 2

Column settings in the platform have been enhanced to remember the user’s organization-level preferences. Columns will now remain in the state and order previously selected by the user, including any columns that are typically hidden by default. A “Reset” button has also been added to allow users to restore the default Certiverse column view at any time. This update applies to areas where columns are displayed, including the Test Center Portal – Reservations tab, ensuring a consistent and personalized experience across the platform.

Change "Results Management" page title to "Rescoring"

The menu item previously labeled “Results Management” has been renamed to “Rescoring” to improve clarity. The corresponding page title has also been updated, ensuring consistent labeling and navigation across the platform.

Include analysis title in item analysis email and app notifications

The item analysis notifications have been updated to include the title of the analysis in both email and in-app messages. This allows users to immediately identify which analysis is ready. Long analysis titles are truncated gracefully with an ellipsis to maintain layout integrity, ensuring clarity and usability across notifications.
