Add time extension functionality to Certiverse live eligibility
Certiverse Live Eligibility now automatically applies time accommodations to candidate bookings based on the accommodation codes received from Rockwell. When an eligibility file includes an accommodation value that matches a code configured for the organization in the Store Portal, the corresponding time extension is automatically applied at the start of the booking process, removing the need for admins to update appointments manually. If no match is found, the candidate can continue booking normally and may still select any other available accommodations. This enhancement supports all accommodation types (e.g., ESL, disability-related extensions) and launches with F5 as the initial client.
Item Management
AI Item Translation
An AI Translate option is now available in Item Management to streamline the translation process and reduce reliance on manual external resources. When adding a translation for an item, admins can select the target language tab and use the new button to automatically generate a translated version. The translated content is returned immediately for review and editing before saving. This update improves translation speed and consistency across individual items. (Bulk translation support may be explored in future enhancements.)
Delivery
New Exam Rules: No Vaping/Smoking & No Smart Glasses
The Exam Rules and Policies screen in the proctoring interface has been updated to include two new prohibited items: a “No Vaping or Smoking” rule with a clear prohibition icon, and a “No Smart Glasses” rule (text only). These additions follow the existing visual hierarchy, align with the current rules layout, and have been reviewed for consistent spacing, responsiveness, and accessibility.
No Portal Assigned
Text Input Alignment Fix
We resolved an issue where text boxes appeared center-aligned when not actively selected, despite being formatted as left-aligned. This inconsistency occurred in multiple areas, including Item Management and score reports. The display has been corrected so that text alignment now remains consistent in both active and inactive states across the platform.
Add French Canadian & Vietnamese as available language options for content
French Canadian and Vietnamese have been fully enabled as supported languages across the platform. Users can now select these languages in all areas where language configuration is available, including blueprint setup, item translation, item import, form creation, exam screens, Store exam creation, and candidate exam booking. Canada continues to default to English as its primary language, and Vietnam’s primary language has been updated to Vietnamese. This enhancement ensures full content development and exam delivery support for both newly added languages.
Improve layout of rich text editor toolbar
The rich text editor used across Item Management and Item Writing has been redesigned to prioritize the tools authors use most. The toolbar now displays a single, simplified row of commonly used formatting icons, with less-frequent options grouped into an overflow menu for easier access. Icons such as hyperlink, header size, and font type have been removed in these areas to prevent unnecessary formatting and reduce visual clutter. The updated layout follows the new design standards shown in the provided mockups and maintains a one-line toolbar even when fields are resized. This improvement enhances readability, minimizes excessive whitespace and scrolling, and makes item editing more efficient and consistent across the platform.
