Add Voucher Prefix Column to Voucher Program List

A new “Voucher Prefix” column has been added to the Voucher Programs list view in the Store, making it easy for admins to identify, sort, and filter voucher codes by prefix directly in the table, with accurate values and a responsive layout that works seamlessly across pagination, search, and typical screen sizes.

Remove Chat Access After Remote Proctoring Session Ends

When a remote proctoring session is terminated, the chat button is now removed from the candidate’s screen to prevent confusion, ensuring that only the termination message and the “Exit and Close Browser” button remain visible until the candidate exits.

Display Incident Logs in Chronological Order During Session Playback

Incident logs in the playback view are now automatically sorted in chronological order by their actual timestamps, ensuring that all incidents appear in the correct sequence and align with the playback timeline, making it easier for proctor managers and clients to review and interpret exam session events accurately.

Improve Visibility of “Continue Exam” and “Exit and Close Browser” Actions

The “Continue Exam” and “Exit and Close Browser” buttons on proctoring pause and termination screens have been repositioned higher on the page and restyled for better contrast, ensuring they are always clearly visible and easy to find without scrolling, even on smaller screens or at higher zoom levels, so candidates can quickly understand their next steps.

Automatically Show “Continue Exam” Button After Warning Acknowledgement

When a warning is issued during a proctored exam, the “Continue Exam” button now appears immediately for candidates, allowing them to resume their exam as soon as they acknowledge the warning, without waiting for proctor approval; this update streamlines the process, removes unnecessary delays, and ensures candidates cannot bypass the warning screen.
