BI & Reporting
New Proctoring Incident Reports for Clients
A new "Proctoring Incident Reports" feature is now available in the Reporting Portal. Clients can generate detailed incident reports at the exam level, including session information, candidate details, and incident severity (major/minor), supporting both Rosalyn and Certiverse RP data.
Exam Management
Item Translations Now Accessible from Exam Management
The item translation feature has been moved from the Items section to a dedicated "Item Translations" option in the Exam Management left navigation. This improves accessibility and streamlines translation management, while preserving all existing functionality.
Test Centers & Events
New Code of Conduct Tab for Test Centers
A new "Test Center Code of Conduct" tab has been added under Admin > Organization. This allows organizations to configure a code of conduct agreement using a rich text editor, which proctors must accept during onboarding before accessing the Test Center system. If no agreement is set, the onboarding step is skipped.
Proctor Hub
Proctor Hub Upgraded to Latest Angular Framework
The Proctor Hub portal has been upgraded to the latest Angular framework, ensuring consistency with other portals and improved maintainability.
