Notes: February 28th Release
Enhancements include improved Authoring and Blueprint workflows, clearer labels and tooltips, expanded language and currency support, UI consistency updates, and a simplified candidate dashboard experience for smoother exam management and booking.
Please note: In the interest of informing our customers as early as possible of any platform changes, we are sharing these release notes in advance of the software release. The final updates may vary and will be documented accordingly.
Authoring Portal
Clearer Tooltips in Job Task Analysis Configuration
Job Task Analysis configuration has been updated with clearer, consistent tooltips to help admins understand each setting without cluttering the page. New tooltip icons were added for Job Task Analysis Name, Task Authoring Due Date, and Minimally Qualified Candidate Title, explaining how each field is used in the system and reports. In the Survey tab, existing inline hints for Change Title, Number of Tasks Per Page Displayed, and Invite Users With a Generic Link (Doesn’t Require Login) have been converted into tooltips, making it easier to understand how survey titles, pagination, and generic links work while keeping the interface cleaner.
Blueprint Creation Now Accessible from Authoring
The Add Blueprint button has been moved from the Admin portal into the Blueprints section in Authoring, so admins can create blueprints directly where they work with content. The button is available to Super Admins, Certiverse Admins, and Organization Admins (and hidden from Project Admins and SMEs). The existing Blueprint creation screen and behavior remain the same, with updated navigation so that Create keeps users in the Blueprints view and Cancel or Back returns them to the Blueprint list.
Blueprint Settings Now Accessible from Working Screens
Blueprint settings are now accessed directly from where you work, instead of through the Admin portal. A new gear icon is available in Authoring (within each Blueprint and Item Writing assignment) and in Exam Management (Items screen when a Blueprint is selected). Clicking the icon opens Blueprint settings in a side panel, with the option to expand to full screen, and any changes (such as name, tags, quantities, AI configuration, or guides) are immediately reflected in the current view. Existing settings behavior and permissions remain the same, only eligible admins can view and edit these configurations.
Clearer Labels for Item Writing Assignment Target
The Item Writing assignment screen has been updated with clearer column labels to better reflect how targets are managed. The Unadjusted column is now labeled Target, Adjustment is now Target Adjustment, and Assignments is now Items Needed. In the Adjust modal (under the Admin menu), the header now reads Adjust Target Item Count, with helper text explaining that you can use positive numbers to add and negative numbers to remove items (e.g., 2 or -2), and the input placeholder also shows “e.g., 2 or -2” to guide admins when updating targets.
Store
South Korean Won (KRW) Added for Exam Pricing and Payments
South Korean Won (KRW) is now available as a currency option in exam pricing configuration and the candidate booking flow. Admins can set exam prices in KRW as whole-number amounts with validation for minimum and maximum values, and candidates booking exams in South Korea will see fees displayed in KRW with the ₩ symbol across checkout screens. Payments and cancellations in KRW are handled consistently with other non-USD currencies, including an admin warning that refunds settle in USD at the current exchange rate and may differ from the original charge.
New Language Support for Exam Content Development
Five additional languages are now supported across the exam content lifecycle: Indonesian, Thai, Russian, Ukrainian, and Turkish. These languages can be selected in blueprint setup, item translation (including AI translation), item import and export, form creation, exam screens, and Store exam configuration, and are also available for candidates during exam booking, exam delivery, and in related booking and delivery reports. This enhancement expands language options for exam content and delivery only and does not change the language of the homepage or general booking experience.
Market Place
“Schedule More Exams” Button Removed from Candidate Dashboard
The “Schedule More Exams” button has been removed from the candidate exam dashboard to reduce confusion, especially for candidates who arrive from integrations where scheduling additional exams is not part of their workflow. Candidates will now only see actions that are directly related to their existing exams, creating a clearer and more focused experience on the dashboard.
Portuguese (Brazil) Added to Homepage and Web Booking
Portuguese (Brazil) is now available as a language option on the homepage and throughout the web-based exam booking flow. Candidates can select Portuguese (Brazil) when starting their booking, and all booking pages and error messages are fully translated to support Brazilian Portuguese speakers and reduce friction during scheduling.
UI improvements
Aligned Admin and Reporting Buttons and Labels
Action buttons and labels in the Admin and BI & Reporting areas have been standardized for a more consistent experience. Across organization, project, blueprint, form template, and reporting screens, pencil icons have been replaced with View/Edit buttons, action icons have been moved to the left of each row, and buttons such as Save Changes, Cancel Changes, and Discard Changes have been updated to clearer labels like Update and Cancel. These UI adjustments make it easier to recognize actions, reduce confusion, and keep behavior consistent across the platform.
