Test Center Event Dashboard

The Test Center Event Dashboard gives authorized users a clear, visual view of candidate activity and exam outcomes. Monitor current sessions, review recent performance, and download detailed reports—all with secure, role-based access.

The Test Center Event Dashboard provides a clear, visual overview of candidate activity and exam outcomes for test center operations. It helps authorized users monitor active sessions, review recent performance, and download reports for operational and reporting purposes.

The dashboard is designed to be easy to interpret, configurable, and aligned with data access and privacy policies.

Who Can Access This Dashboard

Access is role-based and limited to authorized users:

  • Test Center Group Manager (TCGM) – access limited to their assigned Test Center Groups
  • Organization Admin
  • CV Admin
  • Super Admin

Users only see data they are permitted to view.

Where to Find It

Depending on your role, the dashboard is available in:

  • Admin → Organization → Test Center Events
  • BI & Reporting → Test Center Event Dashboard

What the Dashboard Shows

Current Session Status

At the top of the dashboard, summary boxes show how many candidates are in each delivery status for the current session. This helps test center staff quickly understand how many candidates are still in progress or remaining to be managed.

Recent Activity (Last 7 Days)

By default, the dashboard displays activity from the last 7 days (date range may be configurable), including:

  • A stacked bar chart showing candidate counts by delivery status
  • A table listing exams delivered and candidate counts, ordered by volume
  • A table showing pass rates by exam

These views help identify trends and high-volume exams.

Exam and Candidate Insights

Additional visualizations include:

  • Exam breakdown by type
  • Payment type distribution
  • Candidate home country map

Downloadable Candidate Report

Users can download a report (CSV) containing detailed candidate and exam data for the selected date range (default: last 7 days).

Fields Included in the Download

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email
  • CV user ID
  • Eligibility ID
  • Client candidate ID
  • Exam name and exam code
  • Session time and session location
  • Test center name
  • Language
  • Pass/Fail
  • Raw score
  • Percent score

Note: Some fields (such as pass/fail and scores) are included in the download only and are not shown directly on the dashboard.

Data Accuracy and Timing

Dashboard data updates in real time or near real time, depending on system activity. Session timing information is displayed to help estimate when candidates will complete their exams.

Data Privacy and Security

  • All data is protected by role-based access controls
  • TCGMs can only view data for their assigned Test Center Groups
  • Personal and geographic data is displayed only when compliant with data policies
