Authoring Portal (00:10)
- Review Feedback
- We have now added the ability for reviewers to leave feedback commentary during the review of an item. The reviewers’ comments will be available for authors to view once the review is complete.
Reporting Portal (00:32)
- Reporting Comments
- Admins now have the ability to view comments entered by test takers during the delivery of the exam by running an item comments report within the reporting portal.
Item Management Portal (01:14)
- Import Instructions
- Instructions for importing items are now accessible via the Administrator Knowledge Base link to assist admins when importing items.
- Change of Item Authors
- Admins now have the ability to change the author of an item by selecting the desired item, then selecting summary, and clicking the icon next to the current author’s name.
- “Run Report” Option Added to Item Compensation Approval Screen
- A "Run Report" button has been added to the Item compensation approval screen to export this screen's information for external use.
Exam Management Portal (02:55)
- Interface to Add Items to an Exam Form Section
- Admin users will be able to add items to an exam form section without having to upload or import a file. The new interface will allow admins to select items based on criteria and add them to a section on an exam form.
- Change How Items Are Listed Under Sections on Exam Forms
- Changes have been made to how items are listed under both regular and dynamic sections on the exam forms.
