Support Portal

  • Name Change Request - Socials (00:12)
    • Users who created their accounts using a Social Sign Up option are now able to request a name change as with traditional account creation users. Users can request a formal name change by navigating to their Account Settings located under the avatar. Once in Account Setting users can select the edit pencil next to their name and update their first and last name and provide a reason for the request. Once they have typed the appropriate changes, they can submit their formal request.

Exam Management

  • Exam Screens and Score Reports (00:42)
    • Organization Level Exam Screens and Score Reports are now available. When an Organization creates an Exam Screen or Score Report Screen, Admins will now be greeted with the option to create a new screen or use an existing screen. 
  • Exam Screens and Score Reports Tokens Enhancements (01:02)
    • pValue Tokens used in Exam Screens and Score Reports have received enhancements. When an Admin goes to hover over the desired token, it selects, and focuses on the specific token. Double clicking within the token allows for an easier Copy and Paste experience.
  • Results API Pull Request (01:17)
    • The Certiverse Results Request API allows organizations to request results from an endpoint hosted in the Certiverse platform. Results can be returned using either results processing or results search.

      • Results Processing: Request all results not previously processed, meaning not returned using this call.
      • Results Search: Request results using criteria, which will return results, regardless of the processed status and will not mark the results as processed.

Test Center Portal

  • Test Center & Group (01:50) 
    • Locally proctored event testing is now available with Certiverse! Organizations can begin adding Test Centers to their Test Center Group created in coordination with the CSM. Once created, Organization can add Test Center Group Managers to oversee the Testing Session and manage the existing reservations. Next, Organizations will need to provide details for each Test Center upon creation. Details include, name of the Test Center, Test Center Code, Test Center Description, Time Zone of where the event will take place, Default number of seats per session, and location details. After the configuring the Test Center Group and Test Center, Organizations can create Sessions with designated number of seats and available session times. Once Sessions have been created, Organizations can view the Test Center Landing Page and share the URL with candidates to make a reservation. Once candidates have gone through necessary check in procedures and it is time for a Session to begin, Test Center Group Managers can begin to Unlock exams for candidates.
    • The designated exam in the Exam Store must have Test Center as a delivery method to properly be displayed on the Test Center/Event Landing Page
    • Test Center Group managers have access to updating Test Center Group details, add Test Centers, and manage Sessions & Reservations.
