Exam Store
- Exam Store Portal Icon (00:15)
- The Exam Store received its own portal and is now located on the grid along with other major portals.
- Exam Store Test Grouping (00:22)
- Certiverse has implemented the ability for Admins to create test groups for exams to be housed. This feature allows Admins to configure the names and add any number exams to those test groups which will be reflected on the test sponsor's landing page.
- Eligibility API (01:05)

- Certiverse Remote Proctoring Option (01:25)
- Live Remote Proctoring 🎉
- Live Remote Proctoring with Certiverse is now available! Some remote proctoring flavors offered by Certiverse include, Live Scheduling with Secure Browser and Live Scheduling without Secure Browser. - Additional Demographic Fields have been added, the new fields added are: Company & Department.
Reporting Portal
- Demographics Fields in Reporting (02:30)
- If a candidate fills out the Demographic Fields enabled by the Test Sponsor, that collected information can be seen and offloaded by running either a Exam Store Bookings Report and/or a Candidate Results Report. These columns are off by default and need to be enabled to view them when viewing the reports.
- Exam Response Data Report Enhancements (03:10)
- The Exam Response Data report has been updated to include non-zero Raw Scores. Previous offloads of Exam Response Data for a Beta exam was displaying zero as Raw Score, now it has been updated to calculate and include non-zero Raw Scores. Additionally, some column headers have been updated, isPreTest column has replaced the isScored column, RawTotal has been changed to RawScoredTotal, a RawPreTestTotal column has been added, and isScored{itemname} has been removed.
Support Portal
- Blocking Candidates (03:50)
- The option to block candidates is now available at the Organization level. Candidates can be blocked by searching the candidate by name, email, or organization, and restricting their access.
Authoring Portal
- Punctuation Reminder (04:20)
- A friendly warning message will be displayed to authoring as they write items if punctuation is not consistent throughout the response options.
Exam Management
- Update Credly Badges (04:50)
- The option to update existing Credly badges has been added to Authoring Exams. This will allow for candidates who hold an existing certification to have it updated automatically when it is time for recertification. Candidates will receive an email confirming their badge has been updated in Credly.
Voucher Portal
- Notes Field (05:10)
- A notes fields has been added to Voucher Purchases. This field is required when conducting a Voucher Purchase.
