• For the /#/store and /checkout dashboard, since 99.99% of users are test-takers, please remove the following options: "Take a Test" (as they have already reached this point), "Create A Test," "Explore Certiverse" (leads to tickets in our sales contact), and "Certiverse U" (not the right audience). Additionally, change "Candidate Support" to "Test Taker Support.

Admin Portal

• Create a new tab named "Integrations & Connectors" for demos and client discussions, with actual connectors having the "Connect" button disabled. This tab will include categories such as Candidate Management Systems and Learning Management Systems (Skilljar, Litmos, Docebo, CertMetrics, Moodle, Adobe Learning Manager, Cornerstone). It will also feature Results (Certiverse Send/Pull Results) and Badging (Accredible, Credley), along with SSO (Certiverse). The MVP will display connectors with the "Connect" button disabled, provide a "View Details" option, and link to documentation. Post-MVP, users can configure connections to external systems by selecting the type of connection, naming it, entering and validating API credentials, and selecting connection-specific settings. This update will streamline the process for configuring eligibility, results, and badging settings by allowing users to select connections instead of manually entering API keys and credentials.
• We need the ability to upload image files to provide custom formatting for SSO instructions. This functionality should be available for both the SSO instruction fields related to booking and the SSO login instruction fields. By allowing image uploads, we can enhance the visual guidance provided to users during the SSO process, ensuring clarity and improving the overall user experience.

• changing the form preview score widget to display the Item Name instead of the Item ID. This change would make it easier to search for and debug specific items and exams.

• To ensure client privacy, we should anonymize the proctor's name in the Proctoring Logs, making it visible only to Certiverse employees. Instead of displaying the proctor's name or email address, the proctor's User ID should be shown in parentheses. This will help protect the proctor's identity while allowing internal tracking. The proctor's User ID should be added in parentheses after "Proctor Joined" and "Proctor Left" in the proctoring playback details

• Currently, only Admins are allowed to purchase $0 vouchers, excluding voucher partner users. However, some clients have created voucher partners, who are trusted individuals like certification customer support staff, and need the ability to purchase $0 vouchers. To address this, a new checkbox option labeled “Allow assigned partners to purchase $0 vouchers” will be added under Partner Assignment Type > Assigned Authorized Partners, with the default setting as unchecked. For a voucher partner user to purchase a $0 voucher, the following conditions must be met: the voucher program must be set to $0 voucher, the “Allow assigned partners to purchase $0 vouchers” checkbox must be enabled/checked, and the user must be a voucher partner assigned to the voucher program. Note that voucher programs with $0 vouchers and the Partner Assignment Type set to “All Authorized Partners” cannot be purchased by partner users.
