How to Invite Access Translation Mode in Certiverse
Step 1: Log in to Certiverse
- Go to the Certiverse login page and enter your credentials.
- Click “Login” to access your account.
Step 2: Access the Item Management Portal
- From the dashboard, navigate to the "Portals" section.
- Select “Item Management Portal” from the list.
Step 3: Open the Accepted Items Dashboard
- Once in the Item Management Portal, click on the left menu and select “Accepted”. This will bring you to the Accepted Items Dashboard.
Step 4: Toggle on Translation Mode
- While in the Accepted Items Dashboard, locate the "Translation Mode" toggle in the top-right corner.
- Toggle it on to activate the translation interface.
Step 5: Choose an Item to Translate
- You can either select a specific item to translate or leave it unselected.
- If no item is selected, the system will automatically open the first item in the list in preview mode.
Step 6: Begin Translation
- The translation boxes will appear in the right panel, allowing you to start translating immediately.
- For a better view of the item, click the "Full Size View" button next to the item ID name. This will open the item in a larger, clearer format.
Step 7: Enter Your Translation
- To start translating, click in the translation box corresponding to the text you want to translate.
- If you need to paste formatted text, toggle on “Paste Formatted Text” before pasting it into the box. This will ensure the format is preserved.
Step 8: Copy Exact Answers (for coding, math, etc.)
- If you need to copy the exact same answer (such as for coding, math, or names), you can click the “Copy” button on the left of the translation box. This will duplicate the content exactly as it is.
Step 9: Customize Formatting (Optional)
- You have the option to change the font, color, and other formatting elements of the translation, depending on your needs.
Step 10: Add Tags (If Applicable)
- If the Admin has added tags to the item, you will see them in the left panel.
- You can apply the appropriate tag to the translation, if required.
Step 11: Save Your Translation
- Once you've completed the translation, click the "Save" button to save your progress.
- A confirmation dialog will appear; click “OK” to confirm the save.
Step 12: View Translated Preview (For Final Check)
- For a final review, click the “View Translated Preview” button. This will display the original text side-by-side with your translation, allowing you to make sure everything is accurate.
Step 13: Navigate Between Items
- After completing the translation, you can stay within the current interface without leaving.
- Click the “Next Item” or “Previous Item” buttons, located in the top-right corner, to move to the next or previous item for translation.
