Add an Authorized Partner in the Voucher Portal

Follow these steps to add a voucher for an authorized partner in the Certiverse Voucher Portal.

Step by step guide

Step 1: Log in to Certiverse

  1. Navigate to the Certiverse platform.
  2. Enter your login credentials.
  3. Click Sign In to access your account.

Step 2: Access the Voucher Portal

  1. Once logged in, locate the Voucher Portal on the dashboard.
  2. Click on it to enter the portal.

Step 3: Navigate to Authorized Partners

  1. In the left-hand menu, click on Authorized Partners.
  2. This will open a list of all existing partners.

Step 4: Add a New Partner

  1. Click the ADD Partner button.
  2. If applicable, select the Organization from the dropdown menu.
  3. Enter the Partner Name in the designated field.
  4. Click the CREATE button to add the partner.

Step 5: Add Partner Users

  1. After creating the partner, navigate to the Partner Users section.
  2. Scroll down to the Add User section.
  3. Enter the user's email address. Multiple email addresses can be entered by separating them with commas.
  4. Click the ADD USER button.

Step 6: Managing Partner Users

  1. Once a user has been added, they will receive an email invitation.
  2. The added users will appear in the Your Users section.
  3. This section displays:
    • Email Address
    • Status (accepted, pending)
    • Actions: You can activate/deactivate the partner and resend invitations as needed (Default is Active).
        • Inactive Partners will not be able to purchase any vouchers.

    Step 7: Email Invite Content

    Partner Users Access and Permissions

    1. The partner user is associated with the Authorized Partner under which they were invited.
    2. Partner users will be able to see all activity (voucher purchases and voucher codes) for the Partner under which they were added.
    3. A user can be invited to be a Partner User under more than one Authorized Partner.
    4. Org Admins can disable a Partner User.
      • This prevents the user from creating or viewing voucher activity for that Org.
      • The user will still be displayed for any prior voucher purchases.
