Add additional time to exam

Admins need the ability to add time extensions to existing bookings in the exam store.

• Access: Admins can add time extensions from the booking report or via user reservations.
• Conditions: Time extensions can only be added for bookings with a Pending status and if no prior extension exists or if the previous one was removed.

Users can input additional time, with limits set to 0 and double the original duration.

• • Warnings are provided for invalid inputs or if the additional time exceeds the original exam duration.

This feature enhances booking management by allowing controlled time adjustments while ensuring compliance with exam duration policies.
