How to Add Exam group to Exam

In this video, we show you how to add an exam group to exams in the store, enabling clients to organize their offerings. We’ll guide you through configuring exam groups under the Org → Store Tab, where Org Admins and CV Admins can add, edit, and delete exam groups (deletion is allowed only if no store exams are assigned).

You’ll also learn how to change the order of exam groups during the booking process and assign these groups to store exams. The new group selection feature in the Exam configuration within the Exam Store includes a pulldown option on the Info tab.

During booking, exam groups will be displayed in the configured order, with store exams that lack an assigned group appearing at the top. Exam groups can be expanded or collapsed to show associated exams, and they will be expanded by default. No exam will be pre-selected, requiring users to select an exam before viewing any details.
