How to Set up Alternate retake exam codes
Tap the video to pause the demo or manually advance each step.
To enhance flexibility in managing retakes, we now support the use of alternative store exam codes from imported history when evaluating retake rules. This feature allows users to input a list of "Alternate Retake Exam Codes" in the Store Exam Configuration, which enables the system to consider these codes during retake evaluations. Users can enter multiple codes without requiring verification against existing store exam codes, ensuring that codes unique to imported client history are included. This list aids in enforcing retake rules and preventing concurrent reservations. During the booking flow, the system checks for pending reservations that include any codes from the "Alternate Retake Exam Codes" list and retrieves relevant records from both imported and Certiverse histories for enforcing retake policies. This approach provides a more comprehensive view of a candidate’s exam history, including test center and live proctored delivery types.
