Candidates must pass designated prerequisite exams before booking certain store exams. Administrators can configure multiple prerequisite exam codes within the store exam settings. The system checks historical data—both imported and Certiverse records—to verify if candidates meet the requirements. If prerequisites are modified, eligibility is rechecked during rescheduling, and candidates are notified if they no longer qualify. This process ensures compliance with exam requirements while allowing flexible rule management.
