Certiverse provides gamification to help motivate and engage SMEs in desired system activities, highlighting and rewarding specific goals such as creating JTA tasks, creating items, passing item reviews, and conducting item reviews.
When a user completes an activity, a live, onscreen reward notification appears and a set number of stars are given. A user can turn on (default) or off this reward notification by going to Account Settings in Certiverse (user icon in the main header).
Earning stars allows users to reach new Certiverse recognition levels, with the objective being to progress through the Certiverse constellations.
The total number of stars earned are displayed in Certiverse’s main header. Selecting the star icon takes users to the Achievement Center, where they can see their current level accomplished along with their next challenges. They also can see a timeline of their activities and the number of stars earned for each activity. Click here to view this in action.
