      Configure Review Screen During Exams

      This empowers proctors and clients with additional control over the review process, improving the overall exam experience.

      What Is the Review Screen?

      The review options can now be configured at the test part level in both Exam Form Templates and Exam Forms. This includes Live, Beta, and Standard Setting forms.

      1. Configurable Options:

        • The existing "Allow Navigation Back and Review" setting has been split into two distinct settings:

          • Allow Navigation Back: Controls whether candidates can use the "Previous" button.

          • Review Mode: Offers three customizable options:

            • No Review: No review option available. [See here for a step-by-step video tutorial]

            • Review After Last Item: Review available only after completing all items (default for new and existing forms). [See here for a step-by-step video tutorial]

            • Review Always Available: Review accessible from the start of the test part, limited to presented items.

      2. Enhanced Review Screen Functionality:

        • The review screen now includes the following options:

          • End Review: Completes the review process.

          • Review All Items: Allows candidates to review all completed items.

          • Review Flagged Items: Focuses on items flagged by the candidate (if applicable).

          • Direct Item Selection: Enables candidates to select specific items for review.

      3. Delivery Behavior:

        • Review behavior is enforced per test part.

        • Navigation between test parts remains prohibited to maintain exam integrity.

      How It Works

      1. Configuration in Exam Templates and Forms:

        • Access the configuration settings within the Exam Form Templates or Exam Forms.

        • Set the desired review options at the test part level.

      2. Defaults:

        • For new and existing templates and forms, the default setting is "Review After Last Item."

      3. Candidate Experience:

        • During exam delivery, candidates interact with the review screen based on the configured settings.

        • Proctors can provide guidance if needed.

      The configurable review screen introduces a powerful tool for exam customization, enabling greater flexibility and control for both proctors and clients. By splitting the navigation and review settings and providing new review modes, this feature enhances the overall exam experience while preserving the security and structure of the test.
