How to Add a Test Center in Test Centers & Events

Step 1: Navigate to the Test Centers & Events Section

  1. Click Portals in the main navigation.
  2. Click Test Centers & Events Portal

Step 2: Create a New Test Center

  1. Click ADD TEST CENTER.
  2. Click the Name field and enter the test center's name.
  3. Click Test Center Code and enter the unique code for the test center.
  4. Click Default Seats and specify the default number of available seats.
  5. Paste the Test Center Description into the designated field.
  6. Click Time Zone and select the appropriate time zone.
  7. Click Country and select the relevant country.
  8. Click City and enter the city name.
  9. Click State and select the applicable state or region.
  10. Click Address Line 1 and enter the full street address.
  11. Click Postal Code and enter the correct postal/ZIP code.
  12. Click Location References if needed, to add additional geographic details.
  13. Click CREATE to save the test center.

Step 3: Add Test Sessions

  1. Click Sessions to manage session scheduling.
  2. Click ADD SESSION.
  3. Click Duration in minutes and enter the session length.
  4. Click CREATE to save the session.
  5. To add another session:
    • Click ADD SESSION.
    • Click Duration in minutes and enter the session length.
    • Click Date, then pick a date from the calendar.
    • Click APPLY.
    • Click CREATE to finalize the session.

Step 4: Assign Staff

  1. Click Staff in the test center settings left menu.
  2. Click E-mail address and enter the proctor’s email.
  3. Click ADD PROCTOR to assign a proctor to the test center.

Step 5: Configure Exam Access

  1. Click Exams  in the left menu to manage test availability.
  2. Click Limit Exams to define which exams are available at this test center.
  3. Click All if you want to allow all exams.
  4. Click ADD TO TEST CENTER to finalize exam selection.

Step 6: Add Test Center Managers

  1. Click Managers to assign administrative users.
  2. Click ADD MANAGER and enter the manager’s details.
  3. Click CLOSE when finished.

Step 7: Finalize and Share the Test Center

  1. Click General for additional settings.
  2. Click Copy Link to generate and share the test center URL.

By following these steps, you ensure that a test center is fully set up with sessions, staff, and exam assignments.
