Streamlined Delivery Type Selection

With this update, users can now choose a Delivery Type for exams from a predefined list, eliminating the need to set effective dates or specify providers. Furthermore, only one active Delivery Type is allowed per exam, ensuring straightforward management without complex configurations.

Retained Settings for Live Proctored Exams:

Settings tied to the Live Proctored Delivery Type (e.g., proctoring policies) will persist, even if Live Proctored is no longer the active Delivery Type, ensuring consistency for existing bookings.

Proctoring Policies Retention

Settings like breaks, calculator use, and additional proctor notes remain specific to the Live Proctored Delivery Type. These configurations will continue to apply to any bookings made under the Live Proctored option, even if the Delivery Type is updated at a later time.

Proctoring Policies for Live Proctored Exams 

The Proctoring Policies, configured in the Store Portal under the Delivery Type tab, remain linked to the Live Proctored delivery type and apply where applicable.

The Proctoring Policy Retention settings for Live Proctored Exams are displayed in sync for both the proctor and the candidate, ensuring clarity and consistency throughout the exam process.

  • Nicknames Allowed
  • Scratch Paper Allowed
  • Water Glass/Bottle Allowed
  • Calculator Allowed
  • Notebook Allowed
  • Textbooks Allowed
  • Additional Proctor Notes

Visibility:

  • For Proctors: Policies are displayed within the proctoring session, enabling them to monitor and enforce exam integrity with confidence. Additional Proctor Notes (up to 1,000 characters) are also available exclusively for proctors.
  • For Candidates: Policies appear in the Exam Rules section, specifically under Exam Rules and Policy Exceptions, ensuring they are fully aware of the guidelines before starting the test.
