Step 1: Access the Admin portal
- From the platform dashboard, click on Portals to open the navigation menu.
Step 2: Go to the Support section
- Click on Support, then select Customer Support to manage access for support users.
Step 3: Locate the support user
- Click on Users, enter the support agent’s First Name, and click Search.
- Once their name appears in the list, click View to access their profile.
Step 4: Open the candidate’s reservation
- Within the user profile, click on Exam Reservations.
- Use Transaction Date or any other relevant field to search for the candidate’s exam.
Step 5: Select the appropriate exam
- Click on the candidate’s Exam.
- Make sure the Status shows “Exam in Progress.”
Step 6: View more details
- Click on More Details to expand session options.
Step 7: Complete the exam session
- Click Complete Exam in Progress to close the session manually.This will finalize the attempt and allow any post-exam steps to proceed.

This action is permanent, be sure the session is no longer active before completing it.
